Design and execute inside sales strategies, set business goals, and drive team execution to achieve targets.
Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and manage customer relationships for sales growth.
Maintain relationships with existing and new customers, provide exceptional pre and after-sales services, and participate in sales promotional programs.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and front office operations.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing large accounts, and leading sales teams.
Experience in cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship development for sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of inside sales processes and ability to prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
Prior experience in managing retail sales forces, implementing marketing activities, and supervising sales promotions.
Knowledge of sales tools and strategies to capture key demographics, drive sales growth, and meet business goals effectively.
