Job Purpose:The job purpose of a Shift Incharge – Repairing-Audit-ISO is to supervise repair operations for malfunctioning solar cells, conduct audits to ensure adherence to repair standards and ISO (IMS) certifications, implement quality control measures, and maintain detailed records of repairs and audits to ensure system reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

SAP MM &PM

• Expert in SAP MM & PM

Spare Part Management, Repairing And Maintenance Oversight

• Supervise and manage Spare part, repair and maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of all tools and equipment.

Audit Coordination And Compliance

• Conduct and coordinate audits to ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations. Prepare and act on audit reports.

ISO (IMS) Standards Implementation

• Implement and ensure compliance with ISO (IMS) standards, maintaining certification and adherence to quality requirements.

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain records of repairs, audits, and ISO (IMS) compliance. Prepare and present reports on these activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements based on audit findings and performance data to enhance efficiency.

Safety Protocol Compliance

• Ensure repair and maintenance activities comply with safety protocols. Conduct safety audits and provide safety training.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the maintenance and repair team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices and Audits compliances.

Quality Assurance

• Enforce quality standards in repairs and maintenance, ensuring equipment meets performance criteria through inspections and quality control measures.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

• 5-8 Years of experience in equipment repair, auditing, and ISO compliance.
• Spare Management through SAP
• SAP PM, MM Expertise
