Hiring Managers Speak –

As an Asst. Manager – Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for pre-sales engagement, business development, and revenue growth by acquiring and managing mid-to-large corporate clients, particularly within IT / ITES, GCCs, and TMC ecosystems.
Your Key Responsibilities –
Pre-Sales –
– Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective mid-to-large corporate clients in the IT/ITes sector, utilising video-conferencing tools and in-person sales meetings.
– Provide comprehensive training on our solutions and offer ongoing product support to client partners.
– Collaborate closely with our product development team to gain an in-depth understanding of our products, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate features and functionalities, and address technical queries or potential workflow modifications as requested by clients.
– Conduct thorough industry research, including competitor analysis, lead generation, database management, and staying updated on industry developments.
– Explore potential new markets or clients for outreach, leveraging your knowledge of our products/services and the travel trade sector.
Revenue Maximisation/Generation –
– Plan & oversee business development efforts for StayRelive in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad to onboard IT/ITES & GCC-driven corporate clients and nurture existing client partnerships.
– Build and strengthen relationships with corporate mobility teams, HR, admin teams, TMCs, and implants.
– Work closely with booking & operations, finance & sales management team to drive topline for StayRelive’s & Corporate Housing’s profitability growth.
– Preparation of presentations, sales kits, product demonstrations, and quotations to improve awareness of StayRelive and to generate forthcoming business queries/closures.
– To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercials outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using StayRelive’s product & service proposition.
MIS/Database Management –
– Maintain an organised and up-to-date client database by inputting MIS data and updates into CRM, the master database, and monthly revenue reports.
– Generate periodic reports, including competition mapping, client revenue MIS, and market share analysis, assisting the management team with valuable MIS insights.
– Evaluate the overall market landscape, including competitor strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies of wholesalers/consolidators, and onboarding processes, to develop effective sales strategies and expand market share.
Internal Coordination –
– Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients, providing them with complete client information and support.
– Facilitate smooth day-to-day workflow by coordinating with the operations, sales, and finance teams.
– Work in tandem with the booking operations and finance team to establish client pricing and a payment process that aligns with our payment policies.
Your role is essential to our business growth and to maintaining strong client relationships. Your ability to communicate our offerings, use market insights, and work closely with your team will help StayRelive succeed.
Requirements –
1. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Hospitality Industry will be highly preferred.
2. Leadership and Organisational Abilities: Strong leadership and organisational skills to effectively manage business development activities.
3. Self-motivated: A self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to drive profitable new business revenue, performance, and standards within specific markets.
4. Travel/Hospitality Experience: Ideally, 4-6 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry with a solid understanding of the travel-trade ecosystem.
5. Flexibility: Ability to work both remotely and in a hybrid setup as needed.
6. Adaptability: Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
7. Travel: A willingness to travel for business purposes.
8. Proficiency in MS Office: Proficient use of MS Office tools, with a particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
9. Values Alignment: A demonstrated history of embodying the values important to StayRelive, including Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork, Accountability, and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethical conduct.
10. Preferred Qualifications: A graduate degree, preferably from a Tier I or Tier II University.
