About The Role
The role assists in Financial Planning and analysis for the India business of GCPL. It involves both short term and long-term forecasting including the preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Forecasting, MIS Reporting, Variance Analysis, Ad hoc projects & Automations.
The role has day-to-day interactions with stakeholders from Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain/Procurement functions, Global FP&A stakeholders which become both a customer and supplier for the person responsible for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L and MIS Preparation and Automation
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual MIS dashboards for GCPL Management & global teams.
- Lead the automation projects along with the Anaplan & IT teams.
- Preparation of short-term forecast P&Ls basis inputs from different teams and market scenarios.
- Formulation of AOP, zero based costing. Receipt of input from Sales, Supply Chain, Factories and aligning plans with relevant stakeholders and Goal-setting process.
- Delivering ad-hoc data requests from management or cross functional teams.
- Delivering insightful analysis by analyzing long term trends, CAGRs, Simulation on profitability scenarios etc.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in financial modeling and analysis

- Cost Management Accountant
Experience
- Relevant Years of experience in FP&A or similar role
- Ability to handle automation projects & Adhoc MIS reportings
- FMCG experience & Anaplan handling experience is a definite plus
Skills
- Good communication skills/presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
