Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage and drive employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.

This is a remote work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
2. Design and conduct employee wellness programs, Fun Friday activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
3. Create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations for employee training, engagement sessions, and HR-related initiatives.
4. Assist in Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and appraisals.
5. Work extensively on Keka HRMS for employee records, performance tracking, and HR operations.
6. Coordinate employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with leadership and managers on employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
8. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
9. Support employee lifecycle management and HR process improvements.

Requirements

1. MBA in HR (Mandatory)
2. 8–10 years of relevant HR experience
3. Strong experience in Employee Engagement and Performance Management
4. Hands-on experience working with Keka HRMS
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
7. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
8. Must have a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
