HR & Talent Operations Lead (IT Focus):
Handles complete hiring for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring faster and more structured recruitment. Works closely with founders and managers to define roles and improve hiring decisions.
Manages key HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and exits. Acts as the main point of contact for employees and maintains proper records and documentation.
Also supports HR operations like payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and ensures compliance with company policies, while continuously improving HR processes and systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
