Job Description

Plans, organizes and supervises the Overall Activity of maintenance & operations of Plant & Utilities /Electrical / Instrumentation.

• Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedules
• Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff for all three departments.
• Responsible for installation or repair of Electrical / HVAC systems / plant maintenance and utility operation and maintenance
• Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revises instructions and time frames as necessary.
• Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures
• Schedules and Supervises maintenance activities within the , including work performed by contractors or subcontractors within the system.
• Creates and develops documents related RFP or RFB maintenance projects.
• Supervises maintenance and servicing of packing system equipment / producing equipment
• Determines need for outside contractors to be involved in construction projects
• Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs and work orders and other operating reports for each location.
• Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses
• Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned
• Managing maintenance schedules and budgets of all reporting departments .
• Delivering planned and property maintenance of all reporting departments.
• Managing a team of multi-disciplined mechanical / Electrical /instrument maintenance technicians .
• Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Team.
• Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.
• Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
• Designing maintenance programs of engineering division .
• Checking electrical units.
• Delegating work responsibilities.
• Recording daily maintenance activity of Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation .
• Mentoring inexperienced or new employees.
• Running an efficient repairs reporting system.
