Brands: Staze (Makeup) | Lumineve (Premium Night Care Skincare)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – NPD to drive end-to-end product development for Staze (color cosmetics) and support innovation for Lumineve (premium night care skincare). This role demands strong execution capability, deep understanding of makeup formulations, and exposure to global vendor ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Product Development

Makeup (Primary – Staze)

• Lead end-to-end NPD for makeup products (concept to launch)
• Translate trends into commercially viable products (formats, textures, shades)
• Work closely with R&D, packaging, design, and marketing teams
• Benchmark against global and domestic competitors to build differentiated offerings
• Ensure timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks are met

Skincare Support (Secondary – Lumineve)

• Support development of premium night care products (serums, creams, treatments)
• Work on ingredient storytelling aligned with global/K-beauty trends
• Assist in claims, testing, and product positioning

2. Vendor & Sourcing Management

• Liaise with domestic and international vendors for formulations and packaging
• Manage vendor negotiations, sampling cycles, and commercial alignment
• Strong understanding of import processes, documentation, and timelines
• Build and expand a reliable global vendor network

3. Project Management & Execution

• Drive multiple launches simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth GTM execution
• Track development timelines and proactively mitigate delays

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet regulatory and internal quality standards
• Coordinate stability, compatibility, and claims testing

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in beauty NPD (makeup-focused)
• Exposure to skincare development is a plus
• Strong understanding of makeup textures, shades, and formats
• Experience working with international vendors/imported products
• Knowledge of import processes, documentation, and sourcing networks
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
