Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR (Generalist)
Location: Pune HO
Experience: 5–7 Years
Industry: Logistics / E-commerce / Supply Chain / Retail (Preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and vendor compliance across multiple operational hubs. The role requires strong coordination with operations teams and manpower vendors to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRIS data and attendance management system.
Handle employee queries related to salary, policies, benefits and HR processes.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Payroll Coordination
Coordinate with stakeholders for attendance inputs, salary processing and payroll verification.
Ensure accuracy of salary data, incentives, deductions and attendance records.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other labour laws.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Support compliance audits and labour inspections.
Vendor Compliance & Audits
Monitor manpower vendors for compliance with PF, ESIC, minimum wages and labour laws.
Collect and verify vendor documents including PF challans, ESIC contributions, wage registers and contractor licenses.
Conduct periodic vendor compliance audits and maintain documentation.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, payroll inputs and compliance status.
Track attrition, attendance and manpower deployment reports.
Support HR leadership in reporting and analysis.
