Job Purpose: The Executive – Presales is responsible for the day-to-day execution of presales activities, including lead handling, customer engagement, and managing walk-ins (virtual and in-person). The role focuses on executing predefined strategies to ensure high-quality lead conversion and seamless coordination with the sales team.

Executive – Presales
Lead Handling & Follow-Up
Execute daily inbound and outbound calls to manage potential leads efficiently.
Follow up on inquiries, ensuring timely responses and lead nurturing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Walk-In Management & Support
Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person walk-ins, ensuring smooth execution.
Engage with walk-in customers, providing necessary information and addressing queries.
Support sales teams by ensuring well-qualified leads are passed on for closure.
Customer Interaction & Engagement
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the Lead – Presales when necessary.
Ensure consistent and professional communication to enhance customer experience.
Technology & CRM Execution
Update and maintain lead status in CRM tools daily.
Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking of leads for reporting purposes.
Utilize digital engagement tools to enhance customer interactions.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, walk-ins, and conversion rates.
Share insights on customer responses and common queries to improve engagement strategies.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead transitions.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
2-4 Years
Preferred Industry
