Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Assistant Night Manager at Create & Learn. The position involves overseeing evening operations, managing communication with team members, ensuring smooth delivery of online classes, handling queries from educators and parents, and providing real-time support to address operational challenges as they arise. The Assistant Night Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service quality and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders such as educators, parents, and students.
• Technical proficiency in online platforms, remote communication tools, and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Customer service skills to promptly address queries and ensure a positive experience for users.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for managing real-time challenges during evening operations.
• Prior experience in education technology, operations, or customer support roles is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic schedules as needed.
