Position Details

Executive/Senior Executive/AM (HR) – Payroll
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: 4 to 6 years
CTC Budget: 6 to 8 LPA
Relocation: Candidate should be ready to relocate with family

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required

Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing for both on-roll employees and contractor workers
Strong working knowledge of attendance management, overtime calculation, incentive, benefits, Bonus, and payroll input / deduction
Experience in WC/ESIC compliance, Labour Welfare, and related statutory matters
Exposure to hiring-to-exit processes for both on-roll and contract employees
Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports and payroll-related data analysis
Experience in handling employee grievances related to payroll, attendance, and statutory deductions
Can manage Travel Desk – booking of flight tickets etc.

Industry Exposure

Preferably from a large-scale industry
Should have handled payroll and attendance of at least 2,000 manpower

Functional Skills

Strong command over Advanced Excel
Good knowledge of English and English typing
Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Good documentation and reporting skills

Must possess good communication skills
Should have a good personality and behavioral skills
A creative and proactive mindset is preferred
