Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Computer Applications, located at CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar I. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, guiding students in their research and projects, developing and updating curriculum, staying abreast of advancements in computer applications, conducting assessments, and contributing to the institution’s academic community through research and participation in departmental activities. The Assistant Professor will play an integral role in shaping the academic and professional growth of students.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Proficiency in Programming and Cybersecurity concepts and their practical applications.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and a passion for innovative teaching methodologies.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities for effective instruction and mentorship.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is an advantage.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the field of computer applications.
