Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Tirupati. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing staff, supervising food and beverage services, assisting in hiring processes, and maintaining service excellence. You will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless dining experiences and uphold IHCL’s standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
• Proficiency in Hiring practices to recruit and onboard staff effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and motivate teams and interact with guests.
• Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage management, including menu planning and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams within the hospitality sector.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel management role is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
