We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Studio Manager to support operations and sales at our Noida studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about wellness.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Support the Studio Manager in overseeing daily operations for smooth functioning.
• Supervise front desk and support staff to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with class scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining studio hygiene.
• Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with studio policies, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Sales & Client Engagement

• Conduct studio tours and book trial sessions for new clients.
• Educate members about Pilates programs and Corefit Plus offerings.
• Build relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in driving membership sales, renewals, and promotional activities.
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Marketing, BPO or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or sales (fitness, health, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Team management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Pilates or the wellness industry is desirable.
• Passionate about health and client service excellence.
