Hiring: Executive Assistant to ED – Operations

Nutrify Today is looking for a sharp, science-driven and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the ED – Operations to work closely with senior leadership on technology operations, team coordination, daily business operations, vendor relations and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate

MBA from a top college is mandatory, with a background in Pharmacy, Biosciences, Biotechnology, Nutrition Science or allied life sciences. Freshers from strong MBA programs may apply; candidates WITH 1–2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ARE PREFFERED.

The role requires strong business discipline, scientific understanding, ownership mindset, communication skills and the ability to work across teams, clients and vendors. The candidate must be comfortable with startup intensity and willing to travel within India or internationally as business needs demand.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the ED – Operations on business execution, technology coordination, internal team operations, vendor management, daily client interface, follow-ups, reporting and cross-functional problem solving.
