The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in IT service sales, CRM tools, and the ability to understand technical client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities for Ewaantech’s services including:
• Mobile Application Development
• Website Development
• Custom Software Development
• UI/UX Design Services
• Digital Transformation Solutions
• Identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long-term clients
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets

International Client Management

• Handle clients outside India with professionalism and strong business communication
• Experience working with GCC clients is highly preferred
• Understand international client expectations, business etiquette, and delivery standards
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to align proposals and project estimations

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM platforms
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion optimization

Technical & Solution Understanding

• Possess technical or semi-technical understanding of:
• Mobile apps
• Websites
• Web applications
• Software development lifecycle
• Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams
• Assist in solution pitching and proposal customization

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• problem-solving ability, and business acumen
• Proven experience in IT services sales
• Experience selling software services such as:
• Mobile apps
• Websites
• Web platforms
• Custom software
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling GCC clients
• Technical or semi-technical knowledge in software development
• Experience in proposal writing and client presentations
• Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
