Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate CloudOps Engineer to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of symplr’s cloud infrastructure. You will troubleshoot cloud-based system performance issues, ensure high availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure security. Daily tasks include automation of deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and implementing best practices to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies, Automation Scripts, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Monitoring and Performance Optimization tools
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Security and Disaster Recovery strategies
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows systems administration
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus but not required
