Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Associate Cluster Head – Sales, located in Bengaluru. The role entails managing and driving sales performance, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and developing sales strategies to achieve organizational targets. Responsibilities include account management, cultivating client relationships, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The selected individual will play a critical role in leading sales operations and achieving revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the Cluster Head in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Monitor and drive performance across sales teams within the assigned geography
· Support in planning and executing sales strategies for territory growth and market penetration
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key customers
· Train, mentor, and guide front-line sales staff to enhance productivity and efficiency
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations
· Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and reporting standards
· Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior leadership
