Associate Consultant- Commercial Strategy Full Time

Job Overview:

Support the design, development, and delivery of complex consulting engagements within IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions Excellence Centers (CSEC). The role focuses on translating data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy, value & payer evidence, and market access decisions in the life sciences and healthcare domain.

Job Responsibility:

• Plan, organize, and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements
• Manage stakeholders across large, multi-workstream projects, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients
• Design, structure, and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; identify opportunities for follow-on work and new business leads
• Support proposal development and creation of intellectual property
• Build strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through hands-on project work and training
• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them achieve project and professional objectives
• Lead internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, and junior development programs

Technical/Required Skills:

• Experience in life sciences or healthcare strategy consulting
• Strong project management skills within a management consulting environment
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Excellent written, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Good to have Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Commercial Strategy, Value & Payer Evidence, or Market Access projects
• Exposure to brand strategy, portfolio analysis, launch excellence, or commercial model design
• Experience working in large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Management, Engineering, or related fields from Premium Institute
