Role Description
We’re looking for a Content Strategist who thinks beyond “posting content” and genuinely enjoys shaping how a brand shows up in the world.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sarjapur, Bengaluru.
You’ll work closely with our creative team to plan, create, and manage content across social media and digital platforms. Your day-to-day will include understanding brand goals, building narratives, writing engaging copy, coordinating creatives and shoots, and ensuring everything goes out polished, purposeful, and on time.
Research, ideation, collaboration, and consistency will be your best friends here.
Salary Range per Month:
INR 25,000 – INR 32,000
Qualifications
- Experience in content strategy, development, and management
- Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone, clarity, and brand voice
- Ability to think creatively while staying aligned with strategy
- Great organisational and communication skills (we love people who can take ownership)
- Good with client communication and feedback
- Comfortable working with Canva
- 6m-2 years of relevant experience in content strategy, writing, or a related role
