Associate Director-Financial Due Diligence (CA with 9+ yrs PQE) Full Time

Location: Mumbai (Candidates from across India may apply; relocation to Mumbai is required)

A premier professional services firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director – Financial Due Diligence to lead complex due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients. The role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact transactions while managing client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including planning, execution, review, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Tax and other advisory practices.
• Review financial analysis and diligence reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and practice growth initiatives.
• Drive internal initiatives related to quality, risk management, and people development.
• Monitor engagement profitability, billing, and collections.

Desired Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong and consistent experience in Financial Due Diligence.
• Significant exposure to Indian clients and transactions is essential.
• Experience with private equity and strategic client engagements.
• Prior experience with Big 4 firms or reputed consulting/advisory organizations is preferred.
