Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
●Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and delivery performance.
●Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
●Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate bottlenecks quickly.
● Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.
●Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training, motivation, and performance management.
●Optimise routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.
●Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiatives and process improvements.
● Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards and minimal service lapses.
●Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve last-mile efficiency.
