We’re looking for a AD/D, User experience – who can balance business understanding with craftsmanship and attention to detail. What You’ll Be Doing

• You will manage and lead a team of UX professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. This includes hiring and developing talent, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team’s success.
• You will champion a user-centric approach to design, ensuring that the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users are at the forefront of the design process. This involves conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into effective and intuitive user experiences.
• You will develop UX strategies and plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, defining UX goals, and mapping out the steps required to achieve them.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and align UX efforts with overall product or service development. Effective communication and stakeholder management will be crucial in driving successful UX outcomes.
• You will oversee the design and prototyping process, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. This involves providing guidance on interaction design, information architecture, and visual aesthetics to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• You will drive a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team and across the organization. This includes staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance the user experience.
