We empower kids aged 7 and above to understand complex industry-standard AI and robotics concepts in an easy and playful manner through exciting real world application-based DIY projects.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can work on a wide range of projects and media, with a strong competency in vector-based graphics and visual communication skills to develop innovative graphics for STEMpedia’s new Products – both physical and digital.

You will work with cross-functional teams – Product, LMS, Marketing and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing creative graphics for print – product packaging, manuals, arenas, creative skins etc.
2. Creating graphical content for social media, mobile application UI, software UI, other digital and promotional channels, etc.
3. Creating graphical content for offline resources like pamphlets, brochures, posters, standees, catalogues etc. for marketing/BD purposes.
4. Typically the design process will be as follows:-
5. Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
6. Preparing rough drafts and presenting your ideas
7. Preparing a final layout post approvals of rough drafts
8. Delivering the final output to execution.
9. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as may be required for the delivery of your responsibilities

Skills Required:

1. A bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent background is preferred with at least an internship experience.
2. Knowledge of design principles, tools and techniques.
3. A strong portfolio of vector graphics, vector/raster illustrations and page/typesetting.
4. Strong Proficiency with design software – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
5. A working knowledge of multimedia content development and website design is valuable.
6. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Above all, a learners mindset.
