Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Employee onboarding and offboarding coordination

• Assisting in credentialing and documentation processes

• Maintaining employee records and HR databases

• Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR operations/recruitment

• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing processes

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

• Comfortable working in the night shift
