Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Associate to join our global growth team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of international business, data analytics, and digital marketing. You will assist in tracking global trade data, supporting our international social media presence, and utilizing advanced tech tools like Excel and AI to streamline our operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Trade Support
Assist the team in researching new international markets, tracking global trade trends, and identifying potential overseas buyers or suppliers.
Learn and help manage basic import/export documentation, shipping schedules, and customs compliance requirements.
Maintain organized digital files for international shipments and communication.
2. Data Handling & Excel Reports
Organize and clean raw import/export data sheets to help the team identify market opportunities.
Use Microsoft Excel formulas (such as Pivot Tables) to cross-reference data, match product codes (HS codes), and update tracking sheets.
Ensure data accuracy across all international logs.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordination
Assist in managing the company’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to boost international brand visibility.
Coordinate the scheduling and posting of digital marketing content tailored for global audiences.
Track and report basic social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).
4. AI Tool Utilization
Actively use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to brainstorm content ideas, draft emails for international clients, and summarize market research reports.
Bring an open, innovative mindset to help the team find new ways to use AI for daily productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, B.Com, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Excel Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You should know how to use VLOOKUP and manage data spreadsheets (certification is a plus, but practical knowledge is key).
Digital Literacy: Active user of major social media platforms with a basic understanding of how brands use digital marketing to grow.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Familiarity with AI tools for academic or personal productivity, and a keen interest in learning new software quickly.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high eagerness to learn.
