Associate Manager II – Talent Acquisition Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles.

This role will require strong stakeholder management, ownership, and execution skills to drive hiring excellence in a fast-paced environment.

What would you do at Navi?

• End-to-End Non-Tech Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to offer closure for non-tech roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and the TA team to understand hiring needs and deliver on hiring goals.
• Candidate Management: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, address queries, manage interview logistics, and oversee post-selection processes (offer rollout, documentation, BGV, etc.)
• Interview & Drive Management: Plan and execute recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and proactive talent engagement initiatives
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improving recruitment processes, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to hiring policies and SLAs
• Market Intelligence & Sourcing Strategy: Leverage various sourcing methods (job portals, referrals, headhunting, social media) to build a strong talent pipeline
• Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Track key hiring metrics, analyze recruitment data, and report hiring progress to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

What skills do you need for this rol

• Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred
• 2-4 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically handling volume and lateral hiring for non-tech roles
• Strong communication skills
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to align hiring strategies with business goals
• The role requires expertise in talent mapping, passive sourcing, and bulk hiring to proactively identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for critical hiring needs
• Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement: Experience in scaling hiring, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices
• Proactive Ownership & Execution: Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach to drive hiring goals independently
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Skilled in salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and ensuring smooth candidate conversions
• Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple open positions, drive hiring initiatives, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Recruitment Drive Execution: Experience in managing large-scale walk-ins (preferred), hiring events, and recruitment campaigns efficiently
