Location- Ahmedabad (Preferred), Mumbai
Job Description
• Handling the relationships with all top retail chains, business planning, accounts onboarding, a listing of products in new accounts & listing of new products in existing accounts, executing contracts with major national chains including, Health & Glow, Spencer’s, Wellness /forever, Star Bazar, D Mart etc and regional chains.
• The Key Account Executive/Manager is to discuss and set clear targets and strategies for accomplishing the modern trade business’s top and bottom line KPI.
• Negotiation and execution of TOT with accounts.
• Develop and execute a joint business plan with the category team of the accounts for the year.
• Manging category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability.
• Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts mentioned above. Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
• Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level.
• Manage a complex business with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography. He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them
• Cross-functional working with BA Channel, marketing team, and Supply chain team.
• Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunity’s success, and escalating issues as needed.
