Infosys Topaz – Associate Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities –
1. Understand and apply key components to articulate value propositions:
Data-driven marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies across multiple channels – including online & offline.
2. Dashboard Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketing channels (online & offline) and initiatives (Demand generation, branding, thought leadership, advocasy, media outreach). Gather data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, media team, Analyst Relations team, marketing counter parts and cross team collaboration, web analytics, social media analytics) and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Go beyond simply reporting data to provide strategic interpretations and actionable recommendations based on the data. Also serve as the team’s Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SPOC)
3. Project Management, Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on the performance of demand generation, branding, analyst relations, academic relations, and partner marketing activities. Provide in-depth analysis and strategic insights derived from the data to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
4. Competitive Analysis & Market Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth research and analyze competitor marketing strategies, providing insights on their strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, and emerging trends. Create comprehensive reports summarizing these findings and their implications for our marketing strategy and unique learnings to better our marketing strategy.
Requirements & Expectations –
• Marketeer with knowledge of a wide range of marketing activities & initiatives – online & offline, with hands on experience on some of these
• The candidate is expected to understand and pick up on internal processes and ensure all initiatives are in adherence
• Be adept at cross units & function collaboration
• Analyst Relations experience; 5 – 9 years. Added advantage if charter has been with a Professional Services Company
• Master’s degree and an analytical bent of mind
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Marketing background a plus
