Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Product Consultant (Graduate Trainee) to support product demonstrations, client engagement, and end-user training activities for international clients.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients, product teams, and implementation teams to showcase platform capabilities, deliver impactful product presentations, and provide effective training to external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and an interest in technology-driven consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations for international clients and prospective customers.
• Present platform features, workflows, and business value propositions clearly and professionally.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities through presentations, demo sessions, and client interactions.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and workshops for client teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, implementation teams, and product teams to gather feedback and enhance demo effectiveness.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and evolving customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, product documentation, and training resources.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in software products, SaaS platforms, healthcare technology, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to product demonstrations, customer support, training delivery, or client interaction will be an added advantage.
