Associate Project Manager – (Digital Products)- Immediate joiners preferred Full Time

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager who can seamlessly coordinate across teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced creative environment

As an Associate Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Content, Strategy, Tech, and Client Servicing to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end project execution across digital, branding, and product design projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones
• Create and maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Support resource planning and task allocation across teams
• Schedule meetings, document MOMs, and follow up on action items
• Maintain project documentation and workflows efficiently
• Help improve internal project management processes and systems

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management / Program Coordination / Account Management
• Prior experience in a creative agency, digital agency, startup, or product environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and execution processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with cross-functional creative and tech teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
