‘As an Associate – Sourcing with 1.0-3.0 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of sourcing including inventory control, material flow management, material requirements planning, inventory management system, vendor management, vendor identification and selection, and procurement. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and meeting procurement needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Manage material flow processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Develop and execute material requirements planning to meet production demands efficiently.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage inventory levels accurately.
• Engage in vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts, assessing vendor performance, and resolving vendor issues.
• Identify potential vendors, conduct research, and select suitable vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
• Lead procurement activities to secure required materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices.
