Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Support Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Associate Support Engineer will work on delivering high-quality technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, assisting with operating systems and UEM solutions, and providing prompt and effective resolutions. Additionally, the role involves engaging in customer support activities and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively interface with clients
• Understanding of Operating Systems, including Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, and Windows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
