Required Skills

• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Basic Working Knowledge of Computers
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Day/Night)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24*5 Training Administration support to global customers
• Assist customers with training administration issues through email/support channels
• Provide resolutions and training scheduling options
• Gather and document issue-related information
• Perform detailed case analysis and generate tickets in the system
• Generate daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
• Perform training management activities on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
