We at Coforge are hiring Workforce Management with the following skillset:

He/She will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end resource fulfilment and operational efficiency across the assigned Vertical(s) / Service Line(s). This leadership role will partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely and optimal deployment of resources at required chargeability and cost levels, supporting revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to drive resource forecasting and demand planning aligned with overall revenue and growth objectives
• Define, strategize, implement, and track resource fulfilment plans across the Vertical / Service Line
• Ensure fulfilment at optimal rates to support margin and profitability goals
• Plan and govern external hiring, internal mobility, and upskilling initiatives based on demand, roll-offs, and bench availability
• Monitor and drive improvements in utilization, proactively suggesting corrective actions where required
• Govern the bench size and bench cost, ensuring optimal levels through continuous reviews and interventions
• Track and manage unbilled and buffer resources, ensuring timely deployment
• Plan and monitor visa and work permit utilization in line with deployment requirements
• Oversee and facilitate movement of resources between offshore and onsite locations
• Collaborate closely with Vertical / Service Line leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other enabling functions
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing resource management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Establish robust governance mechanisms, dashboards, and review forums to track key workforce metrics

Experience & Qualifications

• 16–20 years of overall experience, with strong exposure to workforce management, resource deployment, and capacity planning within IT services / consulting environments
• Proven experience working closely with business leaders and large delivery organizations
• Strong understanding of utilization management, bench optimization, cost governance, and deployment models
• Experience handling onsite–offshore resource models, visa planning, and global workforce movement
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in managing and scaling teams
