Role Description The Asst. Sales Manager for B2B Gifting is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and prospecting corporate clients for bulk and gifting orders, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, admin, procurement, and marketing functions. The position includes preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, product customization, packaging, and delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate order execution. The Asst. Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and forecasts. Daily responsibilities also include attending client meetings, participating in events or exhibitions as needed, and gathering market insights to support product and packaging enhancements for the B2B gifting segment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, food & beverages, or related consumer products.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with corporate clients.
• Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and relationship-building approach.
• Capability to coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Comfort with basic sales reporting, using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the New Delhi corporate market and an existing network with HR, admin, or procurement professionals is a plus.
