We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator with a strong focus on AI-driven enhancements within Jira. The ideal candidate will manage, customize, and optimize Jira while leveraging AI capabilities to improve workflows, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Jira (configuration, workflows, permissions, dashboards)
• Implement and optimize AI features using Atlassian Intelligence
• Build automation workflows using tools like n8n or Zapier
• Design smart ticketing systems (auto-assignment, summarization, prioritization)
• Integrate Jira with third-party tools (Slack, APIs, internal systems)
• Analyze project data and generate AI-driven insights for stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Jira administration (Cloud preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Jira automation and workflow design
• Exposure to AI/LLMs (prompting, basic integrations, or plugins)
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or plugins in the Atlassian ecosystem

Good to Have:

• Experience with Confluence and other Atlassian tools
• Knowledge of scripting (Groovy, Python)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
