Role Description:

As an Automation Intern at 10x Media, your primary focus will be to build and optimize marketing and operational automations for both internal processes and client projects. You will learn to connect tools, automate repetitive tasks, build CRM workflows, and enhance growth systems using no-code platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in no-code tools, marketing workflows, CRM integration, and automation strategy in a modern digital marketing environment.

You will work directly with the CEO and core team to build systems that reduce manual work and increase client efficiency.

• Build automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools
• Connect platforms like LinkedIn, Airtable, WhatsApp, Email, Notion, Calendly, CRM, etc.
• Assist in developing lead generation pipelines and outreach automation
• Create and optimize CRM systems for clients and internal teams
• Maintain and update automation databases (Airtable / Google Sheets / Notion)
• Document automation systems and processes for future onboarding
• Troubleshoot and fix automation errors, breakdowns, and integration conflicts
• Work with international clients on automation and workflow requirements
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to support automation needs

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of automation or no-code tools (Make/Zapier preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, or Notion (not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Curiosity to learn new tools and experiment with solution-building
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly
• Basic knowledge of APIs & integrations is a plus (not necessary to apply)
• Portfolio or sample tasks are not compulsory but preferred
