Role: AVP Warehouse Operations

Location: Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role: The team aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience by achieving maximum On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries through a cost-efficient, optimized supply network, robust system automations, and strong vendor partnerships.

As the Warehouse Head, you will:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely order fulfillment
• Align inventory, order management, and distribution
• Optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, planning, and logistics teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead all warehouse operations: inventory, dispatch, inward/outward logistics, layout planning
• Improve OTIF, Single Order Delivery, and TAT metrics
• Collaborate with sales, growth, and planning teams for demand forecasting
• Manage warehouse costs and drive cost optimization
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and ERP/WMS alignment
• Lead and develop warehouse teams
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Build scalable warehousing capabilities

Experience Required

• MBA / Master’s in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 6+ years in warehouse operations (e-commerce/FMCG preferred)
• Experience in pan-India warehousing & distribution
• Proven ability to improve KPIs and reduce costs
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience managing large teams/multiple warehouses preferred
