Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Install and configure enterprise applications on client on-premises servers
- Deploy applications across web, application, and database server layers
- Set up and manage environments for UAT, production, and disaster recovery
- Support application rollout across multiple branches and centralized deployments
- Coordinate with client IT teams for server provisioning, network access, firewall whitelisting, SSL setup, and storage allocation
- Validate infrastructure readiness based on deployment checklists
- Configure Linux and Windows servers for application hosting
- Set up and manage application servers such as Tomcat, Nginx, and Apache
- Configure Java runtime environments and ensure system compatibility
- Establish and manage database connectivity with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, developers, and database administrators to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability of deployed applications
