Role Description
This is a full-time role based on-site at our Ludhiana office. The person will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, conducting financial audits, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders. The individual will also oversee financial reporting and budgeting, while providing insights to enhance financial performance and assist in corporate decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Finance
- Experience in Taxation, Auditing, and Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Modeling, and Forecasting
- Understanding of Merchant Banking and Capital Market strategies
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, SAP, or similar applications
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Professional certification as a CA Inter or BCom with 3-4 years of experience is required in a similar or capital market role
