The Opportunity

We’re looking for a technically grounded and highly ambitious B2B Marketing Associate to help build and drive our global B2B growth and demand generation engine.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and strategic communication. You’ll work closely with technical leadership to translate complex AI engineering concepts into clear, impactful content, automated workflows, and targeted B2B marketing assets.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to take extreme ownership of B2B technology marketing, strategic communications, and high-ticket growth in an early-stage startup environment.

What You’ll Own

•   Setting up and managing our foundational marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, CRM pipelines, and basic automation workflows.
•   Creating high-quality LinkedIn content, technical articles, case studies, and sophisticated “indirect pitch” process breakdowns.
•   Supporting outbound research and building targeted lead lists across the US, Europe, and Middle Eastern markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
•   Assisting in creating pitch decks, whitepapers, technical documentation, and visual workflow diagrams for high-value clients.
•   Collaborating with engineering and leadership teams to ensure technically accurate communication and product positioning.
•   Supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and tracking basic funnel analytics to measure campaign success.

What Makes You a Great Fit

•   2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, content marketing, or growth marketing.
•   Prior experience in SaaS, AI, Deep-Tech, or B2B technology companies is a strong advantage.
•   B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline (or the technical aptitude to deeply understand complex CV architectures).
•   Experience using and configuring marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (like HubSpot).
•   Excellent written communication, technical writing, and copywriting skills.
•   Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B growth, and enterprise technology marketing.
•   Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
•   Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, and results-driven environments.

Good to Have

•   Familiarity with AI, Computer Vision, SaaS, or defense technology ecosystems.
•   Experience with LinkedIn content management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and B2B digital marketing tools.
•   Basic understanding of SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), or technical documentation workflows.
•   Exposure to Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or presentation design tools.
•   Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or enterprise lead generation campaigns.
