We are looking for an experienced and result-driven B2B Sales Head to expand our partner network and drive business growth in the visa services sector.
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead and manage the complete B2B sales function for visa processing services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow relationships with travel
agencies, tour operators, OTAs, corporates, educational consultants, and
immigration consultants.Handle the end-to-end (E2E) sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to onboarding and account management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Visa2Fly’s market presence across India and
international markets. Build strong partnerships with travel industry stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts with clients.
Coordinate with operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to
management. Attend travel trade events, exhibitions, and industry networking forums to generate
business opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B sales team for high performance and business growth.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Visa Services and Travel Industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and partner acquisition.
Strong understanding of global visa processes, embassy requirements, travel
documentation, and travel industry operations. Experience handling the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure and relationship management. Established network within travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, and travel trade partners.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive business targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
*Preferred Background*
Experience
working with visa facilitation companies, travel management companies, OTAs,
destination management companies, or corporate travel firms.
Existing
relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel buyers
will be an added advantage.
