Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the field team and clients and arranging the claim case survey/verifications to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Avoiding escalations and ensuring quality reporting, meeting the company’s targets within defined timelines.
- Closing the field-verified cases by preparing reports in Word and Excel within the defined timelines.
- Training and sensitizing the field team with new updates and guidelines.
- Working on desktop verifications of the life and general insurance claim cases.
3-month training/probation period with pay of 10K per month. Fixed pay mentioned is after the probation period, and it comprises fixed and variable portions. There is a 15-day notice period.
About Company: C P Solutions has its office in Shivpuri, Patna. It provides field support to several life and general insurance companies with respect to their field verification, insurance claims verification, and RCU activities.
