Back office staff perform essential administrative, data management, and support roles not seen by customers, such as data entry, payroll, and logistics. In Chennai, these roles are frequently available, with roles focusing on BFSI, e-commerce support, and general administration. Key duties include data entry, filing, and managing operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Data Entry Operator: Enters and updates data in systems, verifies data, and converts physical documents to digital formats. Backend Support Executive: Manages e-commerce operations in warehouses, returns departments, and inventory. Office Coordinator: Manages phone calls, greets visitors, and handles office administration. Sales Support Executive: Prepares quotations, documents, and sales reports. Operations & Payroll Staff: Manages HRMS records, attendance, and payroll processing.
