Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and regular updates to customers and Kendra partners
- Coordinate and assist in the smooth delivery of credit analysis reports
- Explain analysis reports and basic findings to customers clearly
- Handle backend coordination, status tracking, and follow-up activities
- Resolve customer and partner queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain customer records, case updates, and CRM entries accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling and support
- Identify customers who require credit repair services after the analysis is delivered.
- Guide analysis customers toward suitable repair solutions and service upgrades
- Conduct follow-ups for pending decisions and customer activation
- Maintain professional communication and relationship management
