Job Title: Bakery Assistant

Job Summary:
A Bakery Assistant supports daily bakery operations by helping prepare baked goods, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, packaging products, and ensuring food safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in preparing and baking bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display and sale.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor ingredient and product stock levels and report shortages.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies and ingredients.
• Help decorate cakes and pastries when required.
• Provide customer service and answer basic product inquiries.
• Support inventory management and daily bakery operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of baking and food handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
