Role: Head Barista (Full-Time, On-Site – Ongole)

You will lead the coffee bar and set the standard for every drink served. This role requires ownership of quality, team performance, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency Lead bar operations during service hours Train and mentor baristas with defined standards Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and station discipline Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage Ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality customer service

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on barista experience with espresso machines and grinders Clear understanding of extraction, milk texturing, and drink consistency Strong communication and team handling ability Ability to perform under pressure during peak hours Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards High attention to cleanliness and operational discipline

Preferred

• Experience in specialty coffee setups Experience training or managing a team

• Location: Ongole, Andhra Pradesh Full-time role Flexible shifts including weekends

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
