About The Role
Rippling is looking for an Operations Specialist to help the project manage new 401(k) integration setups, resolve process and system challenges as they arise, and help root cause issues and contribute to fixes. This role will require significant engagement across customers, vendors, and several internal departments, and will have a major impact on the success of Rippling’s 401(k) platform.
The 401(k) team is within Benefits, one of Rippling’s largest and most important product categories. As a 401(k) team member, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of clients’ payroll data with 401(k) recordkeepers, enabling automated management of their underlying employees’ retirement benefits—avoiding our clients’ hours of manual work. You’ll join at a highly exciting time as we scale our platform to allow hundreds of customers to integrate their payroll with 100+ 401(k) vendors.
